Silicon Valley Clean Water
The Finance Department includes all financial and
accounting services to ensure proper controls and processes are in place to
accurately collect revenue and disburse expenditures. Routine services include
accounts payable, accounts receivable, investment and cash management, annual
budget preparation, monthly budget tracking, cash flow analyses, payroll and
benefit processing, contract management and annual audit report preparation.
The Department is responsible for implementing governmental accounting
standards to provide timely, accurate and meaningful financial information to
the public and the SVCW Commission.
