Silicon Valley Clean Water
Silicon Valley Clean Water disallows drone flying over the recycled water ornamental pond at the front of our treatment plant due to the negative effects on the waterfowl currently using the pond. There are instances whereby SVCW management have been notified, and given authorization, allowing drone flying over other parts of SVCW property. This and flying over the ponds may be allowed on a case by case basis with prior SVCW authorization. Please contact us at

The four jurisdictions that own SVCW: West Bay Sanitary District and the cities of Belmont, Redwood City, and San Carlos each appoint a member of their council or board to the SVCW Commission.
SVCW employs a wide range of staff including facility operators, mechanics, instrumentation technicians, laboratory analysts, inspectors, engineers, IT technicians, and administrative support staff
